KURALLAR:

(LÜTFEN AŞAĞIDAKI MADDELERI OKUMADAN BAŞVURU YAPMAYINIZ):

1. Turnuva Koç Üniversitesi ögrencileri, mezunları ve çalısanlarına açıktır.
2. Takımlar 12 kisiden olusacaktır. Maçlar 7 asıl (1 kaleci, 6 oyuncu) ve 5 yedek oyuncu ile yapılacaktır

(isteyen takımlar yedek oyuncu bulundurmayabilir). Ilan edilen 2022 – 2023 üniversite futbol takımı

listesinde yer alan oyunculardan “kaleci hariç en fazla 3 oyuncu” aynı takım listesinde yer alabilir.

3. Maçlar 25’er dakikalık 2 devre halinde oynanacaktır. Takımlar maç öncesi ısınmıs olarak sahaya

çıkacaklardır. Baslama saatinde ısınma için ayrıca zaman verilmeyecektir, maçların programının aksamaması

için lütfen bu konuya önem veriniz.

4. Maçlar hafta içi aksamları, saat 18.00 itibarı ile ve gerektiginde hafta sonları (Cumartesi ve Pazar)

oynanacaktır.

5. Maçlar katılımcı sayısına göre sampiyonlar ligine kadar eleme usulü oynanacaktır.
6. Fikstür programı dahilinde ilan edilen saat ve tarihte maça çıkmayan takımlar elenecektir.
7. Basvuruların çok olması halinde katılım sınırlandırılabilir, bu nedenle ilk basvurular öncelikli olarak dikkate

alınacaktır.

8. Katılım ücreti takım basına 250 TL’dir. Bu ücret takım ve kaptan adı belirtilerek Yapı Kredi Bankası

Üniversite Subesi Futbol Turnuvası hesabına yatırılacaktır. Ücretin yatırıldıgına dair dekont kayıt sırasında

9. Basvuru sırasında takım adını, takım kaptanının ismini ve oyuncu isim listesini lütfen hazır ediniz. Kaydınız

bu bilgiler olmadan tamamlanamayacaktır.

10. Spor salonu resepsiyonundan alınacak turnuva katılım formlarının, doldurulduktan sonra takım kaptanları

tarafından spor hocalarına bizzat teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir. Detaylar turnuva tüzügünde yer almaktadır.

11. Turnuvada centilmenlik dısı hareketler, hakemler ve turnuva organizasyon komitesi tarafından

degerlendirilecektir. Bir oyuncunun sebep olacagı centilmenlik dısı hareketin sonucu tüm takım için baglayıcı

olacaktır.

ÖNEMLI NOT: Tüm maçlarda kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır, kurallarda yer alan oyuncu profili dısında kişileri oynatmaya çalısan ve üniversite disiplin kurallarına uymayan takımlara turnuva organizasyon komitesi tarafından gerekli cezai islem uygulanacaktır.

RULES (PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS):

1. The tournament is open to all Koç University students, faculty, staff and alumni.
2. The teams will consist of 12 players. The teams will consist of 7 primary (1 goalkeeper and 6 players) and a

maximum of 3 substitute players.

3. Except for the goalkeeper, each team roster can feature a maximum of 3 licensed players from the 2022-2023

university football team.

4. Matches will be held in 2 periods of 25 minutes each.The teams will take the _eld having already completed

their warm-up, and no additional warm-up time will be provided at the starting time. Please consider this to

prevent disruptions in the schedule.

5. The matches will be held on weekdays after 18:00 and on weekends if necessary.
6. Teams who do not take the field on the announced date and time as determined by the fixture draw will be

disqualified.

7. In the case of excess number of applications, the first applications will have priority.
8. Application fee for each team is 250 TL. The fee has to be deposited to Football tournament Bank Account

Number: 90939627 IBAN: TR22 0006 7010 0000 0090 9396 27 (Tournament Account) at University Branch of

Yapı Kredi Bank by declaring the name of the captain and the team. Please do not forget to take statement of

account from the bank.

9. Please ensure that the name of the team, the name of the team captain, and the list of players have already

been determined at the time of application. Applications cannot be processed without this information.

10. Forms picked up from the reception at the Sports Center must be filled in by the team captain and submitted

to the sports instructors in person.

11. Any unsportsmanlike conduct is subject to evaluation by the referees and the organization committee. The

consequences of one player’s unsportsmanlike conduct will be binding for the whole team.

IMPORTANT NOTE: An identification check will be carried out in all games. Teams that attempt to make use of

individuals who do not match the player profile specified in these rules or teams that violate the disciplinary rules

of the university will be fined by the organization committee.
